WARRANTY TIMEFRAMES

12 MONTHS

  • Scooter Frame (Handlebars, stem, deck neck & swing arms)

  • Controller

  • Distribution Board

  • Lights

  • Motors

  • Wheel Hubs

  • Main Cable & Wiring

  • Battery (covers battery malfunction, does not cover deterioration of performance)


6 MONTHS

  • Brake Assembly (levers, cables, calipers, does not cover consumables)

  • Switches & Buttons

  • Throttle & Display

  • Key Lock & Other Factory Fitted Accessories

  • Charger

   

NOT COVERED

  • Plastic Decorative Covers and Fixings

  • Handlebar Grips

  • Foot Grip

  • Tyres & Inner Tubes

  • Brake Pads and Fluids

  • Bearings

  • Suspension Springs & Bushings


CONDITIONS THAT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY

  • The scooter has had any unauthorised modifications done to it

  • The battery has overheated or been stored at a temperature above or below the recommended parameters

  • Damage caused by crashes, misuse or malicious intent

  • Any evidence of water ingress

  • Overdue Periodic servicing schedule as outlined in the Kaabo Warranty and Service Handbook provided by your Kaabo Dealer at time of purchase



    Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. To submit a warranty claim, please contact Manta e Scooters.

    PROCESSING WARRANTY CLAIMS

    Processing warranty claims 

    The first step to initiate your warranty is to please contact our after-sales service team at info@mantaescooters.com.

    In many cases, Manta will send the repair part necessary for your particular case. We will provide you a detailed video or guide to assist with your repair needs so you can safely make a repair on your own. 

    Freight Damage Policy 

    Please note that any damage caused by the shipment is not covered by any warranty. Make sure you sign your package in person.
